I don't know what this was about....lol

So today was Breanne's last soccer game of the season. She had so much fun for her first time. She had a great coach this year and we hope to have him again. I thought that soccer was just once a year but it looks like they do it again in the spring. So we will be doing that again. She seemed to love it. She even got a medal! That was exciting. It was so funny because today is Halloween and the other team all dressed up in tu-tus. Including their coach...lol. It was such a great idea though and too cute!

We went to the pumpkin patch last weekend and then waited until today to carve them. So we spent our day doing that and then I baked a Halloween cake for the kids. It was a laid back day but we had fun! The kids had a lot of fun trick or treating in our neighborhood. This neighborhood was much better than our old one in Puyallup. Lots of trick or treaters and lots of people really get into it. They had a small haunted house down the street. It was really cool. They make it so that it is cool for the older kids but not to scary for the younger ones to go through. The kids got waaaaaayyyyyy to much candy but they aren't complaining. Well I'm not either cause now I can sneak a few here and there....lol. It wasn't to cold either which was nice for a change. The best part was that is wasn't raining!!

The kids are doing great in school. Breanne seems to know the whole school already. I don't know how many times she saw someone she knew tonight when we were trick or treating....lol. Cam is more quiet and to himself. He has friends but he stays strictly with those friends. Two or three of them and that is enough for him. He is happy though and that is all I care about. The both love school and seem to love it here. That makes me happy. I was most worried about them when we moved so if they are doing good than I am GREAT!!

Things are going well in the McDaniel household

The kids are doing great. Breanne scored her first goal in soccer last Saturday. I was so excited! She really loves soccer so I am hoping she will do it next year. Cameron was doing dance and he decided he doesn't like it and isn't doing it anymore. I am really hoping to find something for him and if not he will be playing baseball in the spring.

Breanne got invited over to her friends house for the first time the other day. We haven't set a date yet but we will be soon. I am excited to see them both making lots of new friends. This week is parent/teacher conference so I will get to find out how well they are doing in school. I hope they are both doing good.

We are once again trying to get pregnant for the final time. I really hope that it happens this time. Otherwise no more kiddos for us. I am happy that I am blessed with my two. Just really wanted a third to make it complete. God has a plan for us so I have to trust that. Other than that nothing is really new. Just keeping busy like always. :-)

Breanne's soccer game

Breanne and some of her new friends from school.

Posing for the camera.

Well today Breanne had her first soccer game. She did great and she loved it. The kids are busy this year with after school activities. Breanne is doing ballet and soccer. Cameron is doing hip hop. He decided to try something new this year and he seems to be liking it. He wants to do baseball in the spring so he will be the busy one then.

They are doing great in school. They both have made some good friends. I am actually finally meeting people which is also nice! They both like their teachers and seem to like school. I think they are both doing well as far as academics. I guess it is a little early to know.

I started babysitting to make some extra money. I feel like we can save a little every month now. It is nice to have an emergency savings. I babysit every other week so it doesn't seem to overwhelming or anything. I am hoping to start helping out in the kids school on my off weeks. I just need to get signed up. I am looking forward to doing that also.

The kids first day of school

Breanne's new hair cut. She cut 10 inches off and was able ot give to locks of love!! I was so proud of her.
The kids first day of school 9/9/09

We have moved to Olympia!! I am loving it out here. We just moved over a month ago. Sean got a new job out here so we decided to relocate. It took a bit of getting used to since we lived in Puyallup for the last 7 years. The kids pretty much grew up there. It is nice to have new surroundings though. I am looking forward to meeting new people. The kids just started school today. It is their first year in public school. I am very nervous but hopeful that things will work out for them. I am going to try and do this blog thing so if people want to they can keep up with us and what is new.
