Cameron's 3rd grade performance

Cam's school did a performance with just the 3rd graders. It was all about musical instruments and stuff. They sang also. It was very cool and I am really happy Sean and I got to go. Here are a couple of pics and a small video of it.

Multnomah Falls

We are trying to spend lots of time together as a family before Sean leaves to his new job. Not that we don't spend a lot of time together but we are trying to go do fun things with the kids. We have word today he is officially starting on the 10th. Wow 3 more weeks with him and then he will be gone. At least we are getting it started. The faster we get it started the faster it will be over. Sunday we went to Multnomah Falls which is about 30 miles East of Portland, OR. It was a beautiful day. Sunny and in the 70's! The first falls in the pics are called Wahkeena Falls. They were on the walk to Multnomah Falls so we stopped for pics there first. It was a very big water fall but harder to see up close. Really pretty though. After the falls and lunch we went to OMSI in Portland. The kids had so much fun there. Well we did too. It is for us just as much as it is for them you know. :-) I will post pics from that on the next post. We had a great family day together. Next weekend we get a date night. I am really looking forward to some time with my hubby.

Daffodil Parade

Saturday we went to the Daffodil Parade. We went two years ago and the weather was just awesome. This time it was much colder out. The sun was shining but we happened to be in the shade so it made it even colder. We still had a great time watching. It is probably our last year going since we are moving so I really wanted to go. We ended up at the outlet malls afterwards since they are so close to where we live. We haven't been there in years actually. We enjoyed looking through the stores and then had dinner. That was a long day but so much fun! Sunday we pretty much relaxed all day since we had been going on week for spring break. I think the kids had a great time and hopefully are ready to go back to school. Just a couple more months and they will be done. It has just flown by! We are moving probably the first weekend of July so only about two weeks after school is all done. Less than 3 months away for that. 8-)
